Duplex penthouse apartments
The sixth and seventh floors
The two duplex penthouse apartments span the sixth floor and the attic. The sixth floor is charac-terised by its open-plan layout with large windows facing east and west. Each apartment consists of a dining room with an open-plan kitchen that leads out onto a private terrace. There is also a bedroom in the eaves with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom as well as a guest toilet.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor under the eaves. It has an adjoining bathroom — one of two in the apartment— and an exclusive private terrace. The largest in the entire building, it offers spectacular views out over the Madrid sierra.

The third-, fourth- and fifth-floor apartments
The six apartments spread over the third, fourth and fifth floors each have a living area at the front of the building and a sleeping area looking out over the interior courtyard. A layout that helps create a natural cross ventilation throughout the apart-ments.
Each living area is flooded with light from its three win-dows at the front of the building and boasts a large din-ing room with an open-plan kitchen and an adjacent guest toilet. The sleeping area consists of a private ter-race and two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom also has its own dressing room.

Six balcony apartment
A unique, one-of-a-kind apartment that spans the width of the building’s second floor. It has six restored windows — part of the original facade — which lend it a unique character.
Light and airy, the space consists of a dining room with an open-plan kitchen and adjacent guest toilet, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two dressing rooms — one of which leads on from the master bedroom.

Duplex apartments
The first and second floors
The two duplex apartments are spread over two floors with a living area on the first floor and a sleeping area on the second. Each has a spacious dining room with an open-plan kitchen on the first floor. The living area is bathed in light thanks to two windows that look out over Calle Claudio Coello. To round out the space, there is also a guest toilet and a private terrace overlooking the interior courtyard.
The second floor features two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and dressing room. The master bed-room also has a private terrace that sits just above its first-floor counterpart.

Architecture and interior design
B + P ARQUITECTURA
The company was founded by architects Alejandro Bernardi and Beatriz Peschard, who benefit from over 20 years of experience in specialist architec-tural projects, with a strong focus on interior de-sign, decoration and landscaping.
The company has won multiple international acco-lades, including awards from AD (Architectural Digest) and Íconos del Diseño (Corporate Architec-ture category), as well as recognition in a range of architecture and design magazines and books.

Bernar/Sainz de Vicuña Arquitectos (B/SV) is an architecture studio founded in 1985 by Manuel Bernar, Ignacio Sainz de Vicuña and Joaquín Sainz de Vicuña, with headquarters in Madrid and Malaga.
Thanks to the combined talent of its founders, B/SV has worked on a wide array of projects over the years. The studio primarily focuses on residential properties, offices, shopping centres, sports facilities, new-build properties and refurbishment projects.
